Based on the poem by Ernest L. Thayer
After Mighty Casey, Mudville's star slugger, strikes out, Mudville has one chance left to win the series. But millionaire Bob Evilman bribes Casey to lose the final game. Jimmy Blake, a young rookie on the team, overhears this and vows to win without Casey. Can he do it? This play is full of comedy, poetry, and the importance of giving your all for the team. It's certain to score a home run for young audiences!

Two talking doves, Blanche and Whitey, one silly and another practical, are privy to the secrets of lovely Marianne, a pretty young girl whose Father has just remarried, and who is looked down upon by her new Stepmother, and her two new Stepsisters, whose names are Gwyneth and Paltrow. (Sorry. I just couldn't resist.) When the prince announces that he is seeking a wife, the Stepsisters try to win his heart, but Marianne, aka Cinderella, wins the day. And the heart. Lots of fun, action and romance for the entire family. Read an excerpt HERE.
